3 Kegel Exercises That Will Give You A Harder Penis

The kegel exercise is the best way to improve the hardness of your penis. However, men always worry about the length and girth of their penis. There is a multimillion dollar industry built around this paranoia that a majority of men have. There are a couple of penis exercises you can do to increase the length and girth. I have been performing penis enlargement exercises for the past few months using Aaron Kemmer’s Exercising the Penis Program, and have seen some great results so far. I will write about this soon.

In this post I am going to talk about how you can improve the hardness of your penis. This is often over looked and is one of the most fundamental requirements for a healthy sex life. Plus, women are turned on by a hard penis. icon wink

The Kegel Exercise

To improve the hardness of your penis you need to perform a little exercise called the kegel. Not only does kegeling harden your penis, it also provides these great benefits:

  • Longer lasting erections
  • Multiple orgasms
  • Cures premature ejaculation
  • Cures erectile dysfunction
  • A healthy prostate
  • Increase the intensity of your orgasm
  • Greater ejaculating distance

Therefore this is the most important exercise you can do and also one of the simplest.


The kegel strengthens your pelvic floor muscles which are located at the root of the inner penis.  To exercise these muscles you have to use your mind rather than your hands and therefore you can perform the kegel exercise anywhere without anyone knowing.

The hardest part is locating the right muscles.  Below is guide on how to find your pelvic floor muscles:

  • Step 1: Go to the toilet and urinate.
  • Step 2: Stop urinating when your half way through. The muscles used to stop your urine are your pelvic floor muscles. The muscles contract every time you stop urinating.  Put two fingers in between your testicles and anus when you stop urinating and you should be able to feel your muscles contracting.
  • Step 3: Now contract the muscles when you aren’t urinating. Each contraction is called a kegel.

Once you have located your pelvic floor muscles you can start kegeling.

Kegel Exercise 1

Contract your pelvic floor muscles for two seconds, then release. Each contraction is one rep.

Kegel Exercise 2

Use the same method as you used to find your pelvic floor muscles by stopping your urine mid flow when going to the toilet. Every time you go to the toilet to urinate, stop for a few seconds then continue urinating. Do this at least three times or more if you can. You should do this every day as the exercise isn’t too intense to over train your pelvic floor muscles and can make significant improvements.

Kegel exercise 3

You should only attempt this exercise after you have been performing kegel exercises 1 and 2 for a few days. Slowly contract your pelvic floor muscles over five seconds. Hold the contraction tight for a further five seconds. Then slowly release the contraction over the next five seconds. The overall exercise should take about 15 seconds to complete.

How Often Should You Kegel?

During your first week you should spend only one minute doing kegel exercises each workout. As the weeks go by you can increase this up to five minute each workout. Finding the time shouldn’t be hard as you can do these exercises whilst performing other tasks such as when you’re driving or sitting at the computer.

Further Advice


You should relax all parts of your body such as your stomach, thighs and buttocks when kegeling. Perform your kegel exercises when you are sitting down.

You should gradually work your way up with kegels like with any exercise. Overtraining can lead to temporary premature ejaculation which isn’t good. So start off light and remember to rest. Eventually you will be able to kegel five or more minutes a day. You will begin to notice that your erections are harder and that you can ejaculate further.
